NDU Studios – Terms and Conditions


Thank you for choosing NDU Studios, we’re delighted to help you on your wellness journey. 

NDU Studios is owned and operated by NDU Studios LTD a UK limited company with company number 12931055 and whose registered office is located at Unit 2, Rake House Farm, Rake Lane, NE29 8EQ, United Kingdom.  When we use words like “NDU Studios”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms, it is to NDU Studios LTD that we refer. Likewise, when we use words like ‘you’ and ‘your’, we are referring to you as the client. 

These terms and conditions, often referred to as ‘Terms’, are applicable to all individuals who wish to use our website, sign up as a member, or book a session with us. We encourage you to thoroughly read these Terms before accepting them and becoming a member of our studio. Your acceptance of these Terms signifies your agreement to abide by them.

Your Responsibility

The primary goal of our exercise programme is to support you in achieving your health and fitness objectives. This programme will be tailored to your current fitness level and desired goals. During each session, you may feel exertion and discomfort as your body adjusts to the exercises. If your programme includes cardiovascular exercises, your heart and breathing rates will naturally increase. As your fitness level improves, you may engage in more intense activities, but these will always be within your capacity.

Please note that any exercise programme carries some level of risk. Our sessions are designed to minimise these risks while providing an effective workout intensity. If for any reason (such as an illness or injury that could worsen with exercise, or food restrictions), you should not participate in certain activities, please inform the trainer or instructor.

If at any point you experience undue pain or excessive discomfort, stop the activity immediately and notify your trainer or instructor. You have the right to withdraw from any activity at any time.

Your safety is your responsibility during your time with NDU Studios. We do not assume any liability for any harm or injury you may suffer during your time with us. Please feel free to ask any questions if you need clarification on any aspect of the programme.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (as of the time of writing this includes a high temperature, a new and continuous cough, or a change in taste or smell), it is your responsibility to refrain from attending classes or sessions. Your Booking

To book a session with us, we’ll need some basic details from you. This includes your name, address, and phone number, and also a contact for emergencies.

Membership costs are typically detailed on our website. However, as our services are tailored to each individual, the total cost will be calculated after your trial or initial consultation. We’ll explain this total amount to you once it’s been determined.

Your Payments and Membership

To make your payment for the first month’s membership, you can either use our payment processor or transfer the amount directly to our bank account. This payment is necessary to secure your booking. Following this, your monthly membership fee will be automatically debited from your account on the first day of each subsequent month using our designated payment system.

We believe that to truly experience the positive effects of our health and exercise programme, a commitment of at least three months is necessary. Therefore, we require a minimum initial membership period of three months.

Our Sessions and Liability

By joining a trial session or becoming a member of NDU Studios, you acknowledge that you understand the purpose, benefits, and potential risks of our program. You also have the right to leave the programme at any time.

Our sessions are conducted by our trained representatives, who decide the content for each session. We strive to provide the best experience possible during our sessions and are always working on new content to enhance this experience. As consumers, you are protected by various laws in different jurisdictions worldwide, and our Terms are not intended to undermine your protection in England and Wales. In English law, it would be unlawful for us to attempt to exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, or for any loss you suffer as a result of our fraud. The same applies to any statement we make fraudulently intending you to rely on it in entering into this contract with us.


NDU Studios is committed to fulfilling our obligations under these terms. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control. This could include instances where a session is cancelled due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will arrange for an alternative session at a time convenient for you.

During your membership, your personal coach may occasionally take time off. We will strive to ensure that a substitute coach takes over your sessions. However, if this is not possible, we will arrange for any missed sessions to be covered at a time that suits both parties. These sessions can be redeemed at any time within the following 12 months, and can also be additional sessions following the termination of your contract with us.

Please note that NDU Studios is not open on public holidays, so any sessions scheduled on these days will be rescheduled in accordance with the terms mentioned above.

If you miss a session, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate changes to your schedule when given appropriate notice. Ideally, replacement sessions will be scheduled within the same month to maintain your fitness plan. However, if short notice is given (less than 2 hours) and work time has already been allocated to your session, we may not be able to reschedule for you. This decision will be at the discretion of the trainer based on their workload.

Your information

This information is crucial for our ability to identify you as an individual. As such, it is protected under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Union General Data Protection Regulations.

We manage this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Therefore, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated.

This information will be used to verify your identity and ensure your participation in the session. We will handle your information in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction, or damage.

Your personal data will be used in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to only what is necessary for the purpose of identifying you and facilitating your participation or access to  training sessions or services.

During our sessions, we may occasionally capture images for advertising or promotional purposes. These images are stored securely and will not be used for any promotional activity without your prior consent. By agreeing to these terms, you give us permission to take photographs during our sessions. If you prefer not to have any photos taken or if you wish for us to stop taking photos at any point, please let us know during your registration or as soon as possible afterwards.

Assuming you are over 18 and capable of entering into legally binding contracts, your booking under these terms creates a contract between you and us. This contract is binding on both parties and will benefit any future inheritors of the contracts we form. You are not allowed to transfer or sell your rights under this contract to anyone else, nor can you use it as collateral for anything.

A copy of these Terms and Conditions is always available on our website for your reference. However, we recommend that you print a copy for your personal records. Do keep in mind that these terms may be updated in the future, especially if we add new features to our website or make changes to our sessions or products
